You can also use our automatic bidding function, placing a maximum bid (as a purchase order). Then the system bids for you, submitting an auto bid if you are outbid. In both cases the bid you submit is the maximum that you wish to pay (excluding taxes).
Entering a maximum bid does not necessarily mean you will pay that price. You may pay less. As the auction proceeds, we compare your bid to those of other bidders and the system automatically bids on your behalf, up to but never exceeding your maximum bid. We increase your bid by increments only as much as necessary to maintain your position as highest bidder
In the event that two bidders submit an identical bid, the sale will always go to the person who submitted his bid first.
Can I cancel Bid?
In online auction, you cannot cancel a bid once it has been submitted. You may, however, adjust your maximum bid while it is higher than the current standing bid.
Once a bid has been placed, it becomes binding. You are required to purchase any lot you win for the amount you've bid. By placing a bid, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.A countdown clock is displayed for each lot on the lot detail page.
When do lots close?
A countdown clock is displayed for each lot on the lot detail page. If a bid is placed within the final 5 minutes of the closing time of a lot, 5 additional minutes will be added to the designated closing time for that lot. Please note that the extension of one lot’s closing time does not affect other lots’ closing times; therefore it is possible that lots will close out of numerical lot order.
